• To enable you to input, store, and manage travel logistics for your band.
• To facilitate the sharing of this information only with other members you have explicitly added to your band group(s) within the App.

How We Share Your Information

Your privacy is important to us. We only share your information in the following limited circumstances:

With Your Band Members (Within Your Group):

• The primary purpose of Band Traveler is to share logistics. Information you input for a specific band group, including your email address (for identification within the group) and phone number (if you provided it and choose to share it within that group context), and all travel logistics, will be accessible to other members of that same band group. You control who is in your band group(s).

Service Providers:

• We may use third-party service providers to help us operate the App (e.g., cloud hosting like Firebase for data storage and authentication). These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide these services to us and are obligated to protect your information.

Legal Requirements:

• We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, prevent fraud, or protect the personal safety of users or the public.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We use services like Firebase, which provide industry-standard security for data storage and authentication. However, no electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can delete your account, and upon request, we will take steps to delete your personal information if we are not legally required to retain it.
